Diamond Camps has evolved over the last 7 years to become a complete management system for remote camps. Diamond Camps is capable of handling camps from 50 to 6000+ beds with unlimited users. Our SQL based solution means access to data is fast and efficient.

Our design philosophy means most users can become proficient in under 20 hours of training even those with no previous computer experience.

Quick and easy to install, only takes a small amount of space on your server (60MB for a 2000+ bed camp after 4 years).

Travel Management:

Comprehensive Travel System including raising, confirmation, amendment, ordering, monitoring, reporting and printing of all bookings.
Allows Single or Group bookings to be sent directly to your preferred Charter Operator or Travel Agency.
Creates Travel Manifests and Load sheets.

Accounting & Reporting:

Provides accurate accounts and reports.

Archive Records:

Records can be archived and access to these records controlled.
Incorrect archive records can be changed with appropriate security.

Travel Forecasts:

Forward travel roster movements can be projected for individual employees or by whole departments or crews.
Future travel requirements and budgets can then be projected using this information.
Travel dates are created automatically for the next 12 months once the initial rostered travel date is entered into the system.
Travel Rosters can be set-up well in advance to ensure all travel formalities are booked and confirmed prior to the date required.
